This project was taken from initial inception through to final completion on a timeframe which was very challenging but the deadline was met, meaning that this hospital was the only one in the country to meet the DOH deadline.

The scheme consists of a number of consult exam rooms located around a central reception and waiting area along with a telephone appointment office and beverage bay.

Our client had been working from home for a number of years and needed a bespoke home office for business and day room to enjoy their garden. By converting their existing double garage into their new office and building a new double garage in front of the existing one we were able to create the office space required without losing that vital double garage. The day room with vaulted ceiling provided the client a stunning space in which to relax and look out onto their new garden.

Working for a small developer looking to maximise a site with a small 1920s bungalow currently on the plot which had a huge rear garden. The design brief was for a 5 bed house and a 4 bed cottage with a contemporary design style.

A joint University and NHS project to create an innovations space providing breakout space, small lecture style layout and an area for “round the table” discussions. The project was completed on time and on budget.
